Kyle Smith and Gerard Jervis, attorneys representing Waimea Valley plaintiffs shared information on the extensive use of pesticides by Pioneer (DuPont) in west Kaua'i.  

 

This 90 minute session contains important, officially documented information on the level of misstatement and misrepresentation by Pioneer representatives as they responded to attorney requests for disclosure. Information shared at this meeting was obtained through the Waimea lawsuit discovery process.
